2022 World Broomball Championship Results

The 2022 World Broomball Championships took place November 1-5 in Kingston, Ontario. A total of 35 teams from 4 different countries competed across the Mens, Womens, Mixed, and Men’s Masters divisions. The US sent 6 teams and all results can be find from this link: 2022 World Broomball Championships. Below you can read how the best finishing US teams performed in their respective divisions.

Men’s Division:

Team USA finished with a record of 4-2-1, and a 2nd place finish. They lost in the Men’s WC Gold Medal game to Minto Selects 2-1 in a shootout.

Women’s Division

Reign finished with a record of 5-3-1 and a 4th place finish. They lost in the Women’s WC Semi Final game in a shootout 3-2 to Team Canada.  In the Bronze medal game, they were defeated by Amigo Quebec 2-0.

Mixed Division

Minnesota Loonies finished with a record of 5-3-0, lost in the Mixed WC Quarter Final game.

Turbulence finished with a record of 2-4-1, lost in the Mixed WC Quarter Final.

Masters Division

Minnesota Masters finished with a record of 5-1-2, winning their 2nd consecutive Masters Gold Medal. They defeated monconseiller.ca 4-0 in the Gold Medal Game
